As a newly graduated therapist, I’ve been thrilled to see how well vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) has been received in our clinic. We currently offer sessions four days a week, and we’re seeing about 10–15 clients weekly, with several already becoming regulars. Word of mouth is starting to spread as more clients share their positive experiences.
The most common feedback we receive is around pain relief—particularly from clients dealing with osteoarthritis in the low back, hips, and knees. Many also report that VAT helps release old pain and tension.

I am so glad that I took the Vibro Acoustic Therapy Practitioner Certification course with Narissa Young. Although I received basic information from the maker of my Vibro Acoustic Sound Lounge when I purchased it, I felt that this basic information did not give me enough knowledge to understand and explain VAT to other people, much less help clients and be able to advise them as to the best treatment.
